How are orders shipped?

The shipment of products within Greece is done with the courier company ACS, while for shipments of products abroad we cooperate with the transport company DHL.

How long do orders take?

Inside Volos
Orders within the city of Volos are sent within 1-3 working days.

The delivery date of large shipments (corporate gifts) will be determined upon agreement.

The rest of Greece
In case the orders concern land and island destinations, they are sent within 1-6 working days, while for inaccessible areas the delivery is made within 2-7 working days.

Abroad
Orders outside Greece are shipped within 3-15 working days.

What is the shipping cost?

Greece
Shipments of products to Greece are made in collaboration with the courier company ELTA Courier free of charge.

Abroad
Shipments of products abroad are made in collaboration with the courier company DHL and the cost is calculated on the page “Cart” and “Checkout” based on the country and the kilos of the order. It is possible to choose “simple” shipping with delivery time of 5-15 working days and “EXPRESS” shipping with delivery in 3-5 working days.

What are the payment methods?

PayPal

By choosing to pay via PayPal you will be taken to the website of the specific service where you can pay through your PayPal account. No personal information (including credit card number) is stored by our system during this process. The correctness and security of your transactions is guaranteed by the PayPal service.

Credit / debit / prepaid card

Payment by credit, debit or prepaid card is made using the payment system of the cooperating bank ALPHABANK. The cards that are accepted are Visa, Mastercard of all banks. Payment by card is made under the condition of its legal use. By choosing the specific payment method, you will be transferred to the website of the partner bank where you will fill in your card details to complete the transaction. No personal information (including credit card number) is stored by our system during this process. The correctness and security of your transactions is guaranteed by the cooperating bank.

Bank transfer

Alternatively, the buyer is given the opportunity to make his purchases by money transfer – deposit in the following bank accounts:

The name of the buyer or the order number must be indicated on the depositor details. The proof of deposit is then sent to the e-mail info@gift.online

Pay on delivery

For each shipment with cash on delivery order, regardless of destination, the charge is set at € 5.50 up to 2 kg weight and for each additional kg, the charge is € 1.00. Payment is made in cash to the courier company employee and is valid for shipments up to € 2,000.

Returns & Changes

How can I return a product?

The buyer has the right to return unjustifiably and for any reason the product purchased and delivered within 14 days from the date of receipt with a written notification of his request to the company at info@gift.gr

What are the terms of returning / changing a product?

The return / exchange of products is possible according to the following conditions:

  1. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  2. The product packaging must be in its original condition.
  3. The returned product must not have been used or damaged.
  4. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless there are real defects.
  5. The buyer must place in the package all the documents required by law, in order to be able to cancel the specific sale.
  6. Product returns are valid for areas within Greece, not for foreign countries and the return costs are borne by the customer.

In the event that the above conditions are not met, the product will not be received by the Company and will be returned to the sender, at his expense.

What happens after the return of a product?

Upon the return of the product and its receipt by the competent service department, our company undertakes to replace the product with another similar and new one, in case the original has proved to be defective (replacement).

In the event that for any reason the replacement of the product (with another same or different) is not the choice of the buyer, the amount spent for the canceled purchase may be refunded. The method of return is determined in consultation with the relevant department and includes all the possibilities (deposit in a bank account, PayPal, credit card or cash).

In which cases it is not possible to return / change a product?

All products available from the company at special discount prices (offers) for a limited period of time may be excluded from the possibility of unjustified withdrawal / return.

In addition, the possibility of unjustified withdrawal / return excludes products that are made to special order according to the specifications of the consumer or are clearly personalized.

Product returns are not supported for overseas areas.
